For the past 25 years we have proudly been the main maintenance contractor for Newcastle University and are employed virtually every day by them to maintain all of their offices, halls of residence and teaching accommodation both internally and externally.
We undertake small maintenance/repair jobs on a time and materials basis, with only a 1 hour minimum call out charge and a fast track response, on site within 48 hours if requested. We can if required also offer a fixed price for the majority of these works.
Within our minor or full scale refurbishment contracts, we can provide a 'one stop shop', organising and supplying all required trades ourselves and project managing the entire contract. If further trades are required, we can source and directly sub-contract them, for example approved electricians and plumbers. We regularly work with these subcontractors and they are all included on similar contractor approved lists to ourselves.
We have a real and continuous commitment to health and safety and are proud to be members of the CHAS Scheme (Contractors Health and Safety Scheme).
