As an approved building insurance repair company, we operate independently of the insurance company to ensure you receive your full entitlement for repair works in all respects. Our operational area covers all of London, Essex & surrounding counties.

Following a Leak, flood, impact or fire damage we can offer YOU a 24hr service to incorporate emergency call outs, free claims handling and all repairs. We will deal with the insurance company and their loss adjusters to ensure you recieve your full entitlement in all respects. There are no fees involved and the insurance company pay us direct.

We are a long established business with highly skilled tradesmen, unique and up to date training and equipment and a desire to be the best.

Total loss following flood damage Upminster Essex

"We handled the claim for a family in Upminster Essex who arrived home to find their period property completely wrecked following a burst pipe in the loft.

We accessed the property for them stopping the leak and dealt directly with the insurance company to reinstate the whole house - every room to its former glory.

We organised temporary accomodation for the family to relieve the stress.. In the meantime we sourced period materials and fixtures & fittings to enable our team to restore the house.

Every room was completely brand new by the time we left. No hassle from insurance company for the client we dealt with everything for them.
