Case Study 1

St. Phillips Church Ramsbottom

Long term water ingress lead to plaster and structural damage to the rear elevation and pictorial window.

Olympic Constriction corrected the issues using Thor Helical remedial systems and by resetting the damaged stone areas.

Case Study 2

Dry Rot

Dry rot was found to be affecting the lounge floor and fireplace structure of this house in South Manchester, due to incorrect works by other unqualified contractors. The contractor had simply replaced the defective timbers thus feeding the dry rot infestation, at a cost of £2700.00

Olympic  Construction where tasked with correcting the defects when the dry rot returned fifteen months later, where it was found to have infested the majority of the ground floor timbers and the chimney enclosures.

Moral of this story is the cheapest is not always the best our original estimate for these works was not £2700.00 more than what the other contractor quoted, but we are still answering the phone.
