Case Study 1

Loft Conversion

Here we removed the existing roof and replaced the rafters with attic trusses enabling the conversion of the attic.

The addition of x3 Dormers and two Velux windows made for a spacious and light filled space.

The Gable ends were built up - as was the whole building to accomadate the new space.

The additional new floor space was 60SQM at £550 a SQM.

Kitchen Extension

We added a full width extension to the back of the property.

Brick matched and Roof tile matching we provided and fitted a new kitchen to the space.
