Case Study 1

Barn Conversion

A highly insulated barn conversion with underfloor heating and powered by a wind turbine producing 50% of it's electrical needs.

The whole barn had to be under pinned and water proofed prior to internal walls being built and insulated with Warmcel.

Mitek floor joists and rafters were used to aide the fitting of services and cut down on cold bridging.

All the bespoke Oak windows and doors were locally made and fitted by us as was the staircase.
