Member Profile

PHE Ward was established in 1966 by Peter Ward. Now run by his sons Michael and Martin Ward the company has built-up a first class reputation for high quality new build homes and major home renovations in North West Essex. In 2007 the team was regional winner of the prestigious Master Builder of the Year award for a medium sized renovation in Chigwell Essex. Today the team covers all aspects of building work including all the value-add extras executive clients expect such as, underfloor heating, home automation systems, rainwater harvesting, solar panels, automated gated entry systems, home gyms, steam rooms, architectural stone work and landscaping.

PHE Ward operates in North West Essex covering Chigwell, Abridge, Buckhurst Hill, Loughton, Theydon Bois, Epping and surrounding areas.

Five bedroom, five bathroom new build home for private clients, including solar powered hot water, underfloor heating, Lutron home automation system, glass floor, custom built steam room, curved oak staircase, bi-fold doors, rainwater harvesting system and automated sprinkler system, full security system, automated entry system and custom architectural stonework. Completed in 2010.
