The company specializes in groundworks, civil engineering schemes, hard landscaping projects, renewable energy schemes and new build homes.Our range of works include; foundations, drainage, new roads and driveways, retaining walls, new builds and bespoke extensions. We cover projects throughout the Devon area for main contractors and also offer bespoke works for private clients.

The Walled Garden - Newton Abbot & SouthfieldCourt, Denbury

Winner- Best Individual Dwelling - DBCP Quality & Sustainabilty Award 2012 -The Walled Garden. A unique project for the Newton Abbot area providing a very stylish,sophisticated and comfortable home. Architect designed the property has a striking contemporary exterior with powder coated aluminium windows,doors and fascias all combined with the natural limestone of the surrounding area.

Renewable energy sources in the form of two air source heat pumps and a complete rainwater harvesting system have been installed.

Southfield Court,Denbury- A superb high quality development of three individual detached properties built around a courtyard setting and adjacent to the Conservation Area. These homes were designed and built with traditional character and features, beautifully combined with contemporary interiors. The houses were constructed amidst many planning constraints, particular features included steeply pitched rooves, recessed timber windows and timber doors, rounded walls and reveals. The project was awarded winner of Devon Building Control Quality and Sustainability Award 2008 for Best Multiple Housing category.
