Case Study 1

Canterbury Extension

Canterbury Extension Design & Build.

Value: £25,500.00

Programme: 6 weeks.

Fully designed and built extension, PCML assisted the client from inception to completion with this superb extension and excellent use of the rear land are to create a summer and winter room alike, a vast 25m2 foot print was created, with traditional foundations and brickwork surround and Upvc windows and K Glass solar reflective glass to the roof, the hardwood floor and soft colours set this room off, especially when the blinds where fitted around the roof space as the last touches.

Patio, hard landscaping complemented the outside area, and a brick retaining wall with steps leading to the tiered grassed area, gave a nice area for those summer evenings.

Bathroom Shower and Steam Room

Bathroom Shower and Steam Room

Value: £6,500.00

Programme: 3 weeks

Fully designed and fitted out project, only the best quality sourced materials where sourced for the client, the client appreciated our full design service including running through the opetions of various different tile finsihes on the floor and walls.

PCML also made great use of the space by building a stud wall where the bath was located to turn this area into a shower come fully operational steam room, with seats for one or two persons use, the small hand basin within the corner set the area off, and again made great use of space.

The finishing touches of a hidden full height wall cupboard for all those toilet items that tend to clutter, was a must have, and the niche with its own lighting set the mood.

Other mood setting designs was to incorporate a blue shower door, and a seperate lighting system in the shower/steam area, with calming green red and blue lights, slowing changing whilst having that relaxing steam or shower.
