Have a minimum three year trading history and provide three years accounts
Have passed credit checks, public record and director checks
Six references have been provided for Perrin Construction, including one from a 'professional' or LABC
Public and employer liability insurance (if applicable)
VAT registration (if applicable)
Confirmation of business address/details

Member Profile

We have a full time team of 12 employees who's trades vary from bricklayers joiners plumbers and electricians plasterers and roofers. we are capable of any size of contract upto 1 million.

Any of our current or previous contract are available for inspection during working hours. We pride ourselves on our level of workmanship and our ability to bring in project on time and on budget.

we work very closely with a local architect who is also able to provide engineers calcs for almost any kind of job.

Case Study 1

Regency Mews This project took 14 months to complete with a full time crew of 6 men. No subcontractors were used and all four units sold. The old warehouse was gutted except the external stone work. New piled foundations were laid and a steel shell erected. We manufactured timber frames on site and created the main shell.
