Premier Properties has been established for over 8 years serving the people of Birmingham and Solihull.  We specialise in Extensions, Loft Conversions, Kitchen & Bathroom Refurbishments, Elderly & Disability Adaptations, Insurance Work, Paving and driveways.  We are registered with Coventry City Council, Wolverhampton Council & Solihull's Shipshape scheme which works along side Trading Standards.

We have an experienced team of trades people who have both in-depth knowledge of their profession and skills to get the job done to a very high spec.  We provide an Architect for your projects should you not already have one appointed who again has many years experience in their field.  We strive to keep our projects in budget and complete on time or before.  We adapt to our clients instructions and listen to any ideas they may have.  We have a good trade relationship with many of the big names in the building supplies industry and always use the very best materials for the projects we work on.  Please take a look at our website for recent and current projects we have had the pleasure of working on.
