16 Week Designer House Refurbishment

We where engaged to refurbish this property following extensive flood damaged. The clients brief was to acheive a comtemporary designer style house, finished to the highest standard.The scope of works involved underfloor heating and new plumbing throughout.Elelctrical installation including home managment system and security alarm.

Installation of designer Kitchen and bathrooms with porcelain tiling throughout the ground floor. Wet rooms to all bathrooms with the installation of high quality fittings and tiling.Loft conversion with Velux Cabrio balcony windows.
