Case Study 1

Single storey extension and internal alterations.

Here our client employed us to make there ideas become a reality.The work was carried out over two phases some 20 weeks apart as requested by the client.Phase one involved all the internal alterations to form an open plan area to two thirds of the ground floor. This involved the removal of structural walls installing steelwork electrical and heating services replastering and hardwood laminate throughout.Phase two was to construct the single storey sun room continuing the appearance of the property externally and the open plan theme internally.At Property Maintenance Company (Doncaster) Ltd we pride ourselves on reputation for delivering a quality service throughout the project.

Conservatory and Patio

This Conservatory was installed in late November 2009 some 90miles away from our base.Travelling is not an issue.

We have been back twice since, firstly to construct the patio, secondly to do internal alterations and fit the kitchen.
