Property Maintenance & Building Services has been established since 1995, we are based in County Durham however we travel throughout the North East & North Yorkshire to carry out projects.

We undertake all aspects of building work and have built up an extensive portfolio from extensions, kitchen and bathroom referbishments, landscaping, decking and block paving etc.

We have considerable experience in working on flood and fire damaged properties and work closely with insurance companies to ensure that our clients have their homes restored with the minimum of delay and disruption.

As a building company we pride ourselves on a high standard of workmanship, the needs and requirements of our customers is paramount and this is reflected in all areas of our work.

Case Study 1

Summer Room/Utility/Kitchen.

This project required the demolition of an existing conservatory; the utility room needed to be extended and refitted with new units etc. As part of the project the client needed existing double internal doors removing and replacing with a window; this allowed the room to be converted into a bedroom.

As an addition the client also requested that the existing kitchen be refitted with new units and appliances to match the utility room.

Case Study 2

Kitchen Refit Following Fire.

The client required a full new kitchen due to a fire caused by a faulty dishwasher.

All the kitchen units needed to be removed due to fire and water damage, the kitchen was replastered and a full electrical check was carried out.

Property Maintenance worked alongside the client and insurance company to carry out all required work and complete the project in the timescale allowed.

Additional work was carried out on behalf of the client; the utility room door was removed and replaced with an archway; the units and tiling were replaced to match the new kitchen.
