New Build Development Stanley..Wakefield

RCV Developments recently completed a New Build at Stanley in Wakefield.

On this particular job we demolished an existing garage and built Three 2 bedroomed Mews houses.

The job was run from start to finish...from the demolition of a garage to the last lick of paint.

The client was taken through planning by RCV leaving the customer to relax as we did all the work needed with the Architects and Building Inspecters.

Case Study 2

2Storey side and Single Storey rear Extension..Bradford.

Our lastest project was a 2 Storey side & Single storey rear Extension in bradford.

On this job we used a full system render finish, with the shell having been constructed from breeze block.

At the rear the roof has had Velux windows fitted to bring extra light into the Kitchen.

Again the job was carried out from start to finish including the fitting of the Kitchen and downstairs WC including Shower room.
