Case Study 1

Extention to rear

This double story extension consists of an extra bedroom above extension to the existing kitchen with a lean too extension to the right hand side which houses a Utility room Wet room and a porch to the front.

The structure to the left is a new Dinning room with an open vaulted roof with two electronic Velux windows. In image 2 you can see the internal side of the Dinning room.

Extentions

This project was completed in early 2008. As with all our building contracts it was completed to the highest of standards. Great care was taken to match the extension in with the existing house.

Image 1 is the construction on the day work commenced and image 2 is the completed project with the old porch removed and a canopy installed in its place and an extension to the side incorporating a porch at low level a wet room and utility room and an extension to the existing bedroom above.
