Our considerable experience in housing projects over a number of years ensures that we are the best at being able to impliment value for money on designs for a range of complex brown field and urban sites. Equally our experience extends to the planning issues surrounding rural and Sustainable developments. With the increasing threat of global warming and draining of fossil fuels, ecology has never been looked at with such scrutiny. The sustainabilty of construction methods and materials has been researched by the Building Research Establishment (BRE). EcoHomes is a method of assessing the ecological impact of a development, both in the present and future contexts. The assessment rewards the developers efforts to improve standards and to introduce innovative design.

Case Study 1

The Rectory Site

This site is one of our most recent developments, its conists of 3 new build properties, a new Rectory and two cottages. The project has been nominated and indeed has won an LABC (Local Authority Buildng Control) Building Excellence Awards. The project was completed within a 8 month period and combines a traditional build with energy efficiency, with the use of underlfoor heating, solar and PV, air source heat pumps and various high energy value materials. This project was constructed to a high standard of workmanship and aims to give complete satisfaction to the clients.
