We work closely with architects , structural engineers, planning consultation, party wall surveyors and building controls for a smooth operation off projects.

Case Study 1

Extensions

This project involved building 2 storeys side extension attached to existing house with full porch and single storey rear extension.

All external brickworks were subject to match exisiting house with roof joined onto existing with matching tiles.

All internal works were also covered with electrical & mechanical services to be extended from exisiting house, complete with plastering, decorations and fully tiled floors throughout.

All external surrounding areas were landscaped including frontage for car park and rear for patio area with coverings matching throughout

Case Study 2

Refurbishments

This project involved complete refurbishments stripping out all plaster, woodworks, ceiling, disconnecting all services electrical & mechanical.

Complete property was plastered with new ceiling throughout with recess lighting and drop lights.

New staircase was installed with handrails and associated woodwork to match throughout with door and skirtings

All internal decorations were carried out in neutral colours.

Complete electrical & mechanical system was installed incorporating under floor heating with tiles throughout.

Kitchen & Bathroom installations was also incorporated with clients choice of fittings and fixtures
