Dear Sir or Madam

We should like to introduce ourselves to your organisation as an established family company of 35 years who specialise in domestic and commercial property maintenance.

We currently employ tradesmen for a variety of work which consists of: plumbers, electrician, carpenters and decorators who are fully trained and qualified employees. 

Along with our services is a 24 hour call out for any emergencies that may occur at your building, as well as reactive maintenance, for example should you require a room to be decorated at short notice it would not be a problem to have that sorted out for you.

Our aim is to go that one step further to help with the smooth running of any company or household.
