At least two references have been provided for Rooftek, one client reference (preferably from a work in progress) and one professional reference
Public and employer liability insurance (if applicable)
VAT registration (if applicable)
Confirmation of business address/details
Rooftek has agreed to abide by the FMB Disputes Resolution and Complaints Procedures
Has signed up to the FMB Code of Practice
