We are a general construction company and cover all aspects of brickwork joinery plastering and groundworks.

We work closely with a nubmer of plumbers electricians and decorators and therefore we can offer a good all round package.

Here at Black Abbey Street we have our own Joiners Shop where we can create any bespoike item from window frames to intricate staircases furniture doors and more - all these can be manufactured and fitted by our expreienced craftsmen.

The work was varied and included two extensions and the conversion of the garage into a summer house.Many items of bespoke joinery were manufactured and fitted including an oak staircase and sash windows.

Extension and Refurbishments works in Lancashire The extension and refurbishment of a private house in Lancashire was notable for its unusual architectural details such as the zinc covered winged roof the corner window frames the rain chain and the teak cladding boards.There was a high standard of internal finishes including tiled floors and architectural joinery. All the bespoke joinery including the sliding folding patio doors and the feature external structural roof truss were manufactured by Rosslee Construction in our joinerâ€™s workshop.One difficult part of the contract was that the building was into a banking of earth and had to be waterproofed by tanking
