Case Study 1

Canons Field

We were contracted to construct a new underground garage, to convert the existing garage into an fifth bedroom, to reduce the ground level by approx 3 metres, constructing a new driveway in the process, rebuilding the lower part of the front elevation, inserting stone mullioned windows and re-positioning the front door from the first floor, back down to the ground floor. In addition we also carried out internal modernisations and refurbishments.
