S.V.Rutter Limited was established in 1976 and has a proud history of successful building projects over the last 30 years. We are a family owned and run company based in Blyth, Northumberland.
Our initial scope of work involved building, civil engineering and roofing contract work which includes property maintenance, repairs, shop fitting, complete office refurbishments, woodworm control, rising damp control, wall tie replacement, dry/wet rot control and full tanking system work.
We regularly cover from Berwick to Teeside and across to the west coast but often work further a field, having undertaken projects as far North as Aviemore, Glasgow, and Dundee and as far south as Derbyshire.
The company continues to grow and has expanded its scale of work to include property development and house building.
We have completed conversions at Percy Gardens, Tynemouth, and St George’s Terrace, Jesmond and barns at East Heddon Farm. We have recently completed our development of 16 bungalows and 14 apartments at Alnwick, Northumberland and have further sites in Blyth, Northumberland, at New York and Camperdown, in North Tyneside and Canonbie in Dumfriesshire.
