We are a Livingston based construction firm and proudly the first & only Chartered Building Company in West Lothian.  We are also Masterbond members of the FMB ensuring the highest quality of service to all our clients.

All our projects come with a two year guarantee as standard, although this can be extended to ten years if required.  We are lead by Mr Najem Al Hasan, a Chartered Builder in his own right and a full member of the Chartered Institute of Building as well as the Association of Building Engineers.  Mr Hasan insists on high quality staff, all of whom are academically qualified in their respective fields.

Mr Hasan also owns and runs an architectural practice, ScotPlans Ltd, another Associated FMB member and West Lothian's first (and only) Chartered Building Consultancy.  As a result, we can provide a complete "inception to completion" service.
