We are a well established (1996) Loft Conversion specialist providing a professional and inclusive service to our clients from initial design through to completion. We only work on fixed-price quotations based on a detailed written specification of works and schedule, not 'estimates'. We prefer to operate a traditional business model in the sense that we don't sub-contract our works and take proper responsibility for each individual project as you would expect. Our ethos from the beginning has been to scource, recruit and retain the best tradespeople available as fundamentally you can only be as good as your people at the 'sharp end' and by providing the proper support & management and by always working on the principle of best practice, have had this attested to by many hundreds of happy clients over the years.
