Member Profile

Simmons Construction has been successfully building for the past thirty years. During this period we have constructed all types of buildings residential commercial industrial new build extension alteration and many more.

We are based on the Fylde Coast and work within a 20 mile radius incorporating Preston Lancaster and surrounding areas.

We are members of the FMB NHBC (National House Building Council) Corgi and Constructionline and directly employ ninety percent of the workforce.

We have recently won two Regional FMB Awards for Master Builder of the Year in the Commercial category and the Medium Renovation Category. These award winning projects can been seen on the FMB website.

In addition earlier on in 2009 we won a Local Authority Building Control Award for 'Built in Quality' for a development of nine new build flats that we undertook. This is the third LABC Award we have won in the past five years.

We are a local builder that offers excellent quality the personal touch with attention to detail and most importantly value for money.

We have an excellent working relationship with all the local councils planning and building control departments and work closely with NHBC inspectors.

New Build Homes

Simmons Construction are a well established local house builder.

We have a vast range of experience in building homes from bespoke housing of the highest standard to meet our clients exact needs right through to affordable housing for local developers / Housing Associations.

We have recently won a Local Authority Building Control Award for 'Built in Quality' for a development of nine new build flats this is our third LABC Award in the past five years.

Many of our repeat clients insist on talking to us before the Architect as we can offer each project the attention to detail it deserves while still offering 'value for money'. In fact more recently some clients have come to us for the full â€˜Design & Build' package where we employ a local Architect to work with the client and ourselves exclusively to design a home or development tailor to suit their needs.

We are NHBC registered and directly employ all the workforce to undertake the whole project. Last year we registered for Corgi and now undertake all the plumbing works.
