We have been surprising our customers for years. We do it by showing home owners how they can enhance their homes and their lives by creating space where there was no living space before.

We start by offering to provide a free no-obligation estimate when we'll probably point out the massive amount of unused space above your existing stair well and how it can be used to connect to your new room with minimal impact to the rest of the house.

Then we'll have a look at your loft measure it up and then tell you some of the possibilities. The simplest will probably be to have a Velux roof light conversion which will let daylight in without having any affect on the overall shape of the roof. From there you can consider various more ambitious options. Normally the most effective way to maximize the use of the space available is to construct a Dormer or Mansard conversion which involves the extension of the rear roof slope.
