Master Builder of the Year 2006 Winner Renovation Category

Stephen Mulligan were chosen from hundreds of entries in the fiercely contested Master Builder of the Year Awards for the renovation and extension of a derelict cottage in Pomeroy Co. Tyrone.

Client John Harding lived in Australia during the build and only met with his builders when the job was almost finished; their only contact was via email and telephone. He said: "Due to living so far away I had to feel that I could trust my builder from the start. All my queries were answered promptly via email and Stephen showed me progress of the work through photographs. Overall it was a pleasure working with MB Contracts who I found very courteous and well mannered when I eventually met them!"
