Case Study 1

Renovation project

A major renovation of a 1740's cottage, brought up to modern day standards by Sycamore Construction. The property was stripped down to just four external walls, then built back up to the highest specification. A new slate roof was added and bespoke UPVC windows to match the original property style and retain the character.

Case Study 2

Two storey extension

A project completed in 2006 by Sycamore Construction. New garden wall with feature swan nack (not shown) to the front of the property and a two storey extension to the rear.

The project included a new kitchen dining room with a made to measure bespoke kitchen to the ground floor and a master bedroom with ensuite to the first floor.
