Case Study 1

Basement underpinning and conversion to a childrens day room This house adjacent to Clapham Common was completely underpinned and dug out to provide a childrens playroom and utillity spaces.

The house was fitted with a new condensing boiler which brought the mechanical services up to date. Space is at a premium in London and with the difficulty to planning permissions for loft conversions going down is sometimes easier. If you dig down at least you do not have a noisy bedroom or bathroom over your head. We have dug down for swimming pools utility rooms and recording studios if you need more space the basement area is always there to be developed.

Case Study 2

Solar Heating This a picture of the solar panel we showed at the last Clapham Country show where we showcased solar thermal heating technology. There was a great deal of interest in our products and we are currently doing a feasabilty study for the Glades Shopping Centre in Bromley to allow the centre to generate electricity with a wind turbine and photo voltaic panels together with a solar thermal hot water system.
