Case Study 1

Total refurbishment of a newly purchased executive family home

We were commissioned to undertake a complete refurbishment of a 1950s family home.

Working closely with the architect we were able to bring together their contemporary design with our solid construction expertise and knowledge to create a standout property we were immensely proud of.

Our client was utterly delighted with the result and loves his stylish new 4-bed, 3-bath home.

Case Study 2

Loft conversion

Our client here required a professional office/studio loft conversion which we designed and built.

The space we had to work with was quite small so the trick was the make good use of the space providing one room with additional storage area.

Making sure that there was no disruption to the existing living areas we used steel beams in new floor joists and floor. A dormer was built to the rear of the property and Velux rooflights were used at the front.
