Have had an inspection on a job in progress on joining and on a completed development every three years thereafter
Verified no un-discharged bankruptcies or relevant and outstanding County Court Judgments
Have a minimum three year trading history and provide three years accounts
Have passed credit checks, public record and director checks
Six references have been provided for T Skues & Son, including one from a 'professional' or LABC
Public and employer liability insurance (if applicable)
VAT registration (if applicable)
Confirmation of business address/details

Extension

These pictures show a single storey rear extension in completion and at the start.

On completion of the extension a new all timber fence was erected and the hardwood decking and natural stone path were laid.
