We at Tony Walker Joinery Construction take on most types of construction/alterations to domestic propertys in the Sheffield/Chesterfield area. We specialise in all sizes of loft conversions being able to provide all kind of finishes. When we take on a project we aim to finish the project to the very end including floor coverings and storage solutions eg. Wardrobes and kitchens

Case Study 1

Loft Conversion On this project the client needed an extra bedroom but with no space for an extension and it not being cost effective to move the loft was a perfect solution.Being a spacious Victorian property there was a large landing which could be utilised for the staircase. Without affecting the size of the first floor bedrooms.

On completion we delivered to the client a larger than average bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Also with finishes and architectural features in keeping with the period of the home. There was little disruption to the main house during the construction and the end result was a spacious room which the client was delighted with.

Case Study 2

Porch Addition This project required us to add a porch canopy to the home. One of the challenges with this was to try and match the style of surrounding porches whilst also trying to incorporate a pitched roof. This combination of features resulted in an aesthetically pleasing end product with a pratical use.
