Country House in Worcestershire

The second image below shows the house after essential repairs have already been carried out, the view is of the rear elevation. 

The main image shows the original house with a single storey extension to the rear. The existing house having been re-roofed and rooflights inserted, with new timber windows designed by venables ltd. 

The Main image also shows a two storey extension on the side elevation. The whole having then been re-rendered.

2 Storey and single sotrey rear extension

In the main image, you can see the foundations, the foot print of the extension to a 1930's rural village property in Warwickshire. The extension created a main bedroom to the first floor with dressing room, on the ground floor an extended lounge and sunroom, with utility off the existing kitchen. The existing house was refurbished and new Kitchen and bathroom installed. 

 

The second image shows near completion of the build, with bi-fold doors to the rear garden and rendered elevations. the single storey sun room has roof lights installed designed for a flat roof application. These created height and light in the sunroom, which in turn flooded through to the lounge area behind. A sun tunnel was also installed in the existing roof, creating a contemporary bathroom.
