We are now approved contractors for both 'TOPSEAL'

GRP flat roof covering and 'FIRESTONE' EPDM flat roof covering. Both systems have BBA (British Board of Agrement) certification and come complete with a 20 year guarantee. Life expectancy is over 50 years. These systems will outlast and outperform virtually any other roofing material and are the modern method in place of old flat roofing felt.

Case Study 1

Detached Garage

The customer required a new garage to act as a store as well as for parking a large 4x4 vehicle. The surrounding trees dictated that a reinforced structural raft was to be used this involved the construction of temporary formwork. Over 18 cubic metres of concrete was poured to create the base for this building. The facing bricks were sourced from over 150 miles away as they were a special for the entire estate at the time of development. Structural steel beams support the roof which was tiled to match the existing house. The driveway was tarmaced at the end to provide a level ramped access to a sloping site.

Case Study 2

Loft Conversion

We have completed many loft conversions from simple Velux window conversions to large multiple dormer conversions with bathrooms and en-suites. We also convert the newer type truss roofs which many people wrongly think cannot be converted. Lofts usually take between 5-8 weeks to convert and can add upto 15% to the value of a property.
