Member Profile

We are a family business and have been specializing in home improvements and one off new builds since 1974. This of course as given us a wealth of knowledge in the field. We operate within a twenty mile radius of Coventry.

The bulk of our work is home extensions. These range from small kitchen extensions to much larger double storey extensions. Such as the extension shown in case study 2. We also build loft conversions and conservatories. We include the supplying and fitting of made to measure bespoke kitchens and bathrooms etc. To complete the works.

We have made a lot of friends over the years by working for the general public and have a list of people we have worked for that will be more than happy to recommend us and show you the work we have completed for them.

These are do it yourself sites so please don't laugh too loud we are after all builders and not IT experts.

We offer a full design and build package that includes the drawing of all plans obtaining planning permission and building regulations approval.

We are able to provide CAD designs and supply made to measure kitchen units. Plus all of the Appliances.

We have our own Corgi registered gas fitter and a Part P qualified electrician on board.

Case Study 1

Piano room and conservatory

The client contacted us and explained that she would like a Piano room and a conservatory built on to her home.

To achieve this we had to move a great deal of earth and build a retaining wall with an enclosed Patio area.

This as transformed a wasted area at the side of the house which was occupied by a shed and plant pots into a useable area of the house.

Case Study 2

Two storey extension to blend in at Gibbet hill.

Derek and Sharon contacted us after viewing the Find a builder website. They required a two storey extension that looked as if it was built as part of the original house.

We took great care in the design and finish to match the original. They are extremely pleased and have asked us to do more work at their home.
