Case Study 1

Rear Extension

A rear extension was built in block and render to match the exising house. The room was a sunroom with french doors onto a patio.

A larger opening was created from the dining room and the floorlevel ran through.

The roof was tiled to match the house and a velux was added.

Case Study 2

Rear Extension - Kitchen/ Diner

A rear extension was built the full width of the house. The bricks were selected to match the existing and coursed in at a matching height. The top half was rendered to match the house.

Once secure and watertight two openings were knocked through from the existing kitchen. One led into a new fitted kitchen the other into an extended dining room.

The customer sourced a kitchen and we fitted it to their design. We made sure that the plumbing and electrics were sited correctly for the new layout. The finished result was a modern open plan room with island cooker hood painted in cream with contrasting red accessories and tiles.
