Loft Conversion Bebington The property had a substantial loft space to begin with it was of traditonal construction (not a trussed roof) and was ideal to adapt. The finished dormer conversion created two bedrooms and a family bathroom. Changing a 3 bedroomed semi-detached property into a five bedroom two bathroom home for under £30000.
