Case Study 1

Traditional Oak Frame Extension

Here we constructed an Oak Framed Extension to provide a beautiful ground floor sun room with wet source underfloor heating so that it can still be appreciated through the winter months and above a huge vaulted bedroom with Juliet Balcony over looking the gardens. In this room also we provided an en-suite shower room.

Case Study 2

Bungalow Conversion

We converted and renovated a 3 bed 1960's bungalow into this 5 bed Chalet style property which involved removing the existing roof, adding a couple of extensions then cutting a new roof with increased pitch and dormer windows to provide the space needed.

On the ground floor, internal walls were removed, and structural steel work inserted to give a more open plan feel to these areas.
