We are a residential builder carrying out loft conversions, extensions and whole house refurbishments.


We can do everything from the first survey to the finished item, including, existing drawings, planning or Permitted development drawings and submissions, party wall awards, structural engineering design, dealing with Building control and finally building.


We can also take architects planning drawings and do everything from that point or tender full architectural design packages.


Our key is we like to build and take a lot of pride in our works. We are very experienced, so price correctly from the outset and keep our clients informed all the way through. Delivering a high standard of finish and making sure the end product stands the test of time is essential, and is why we keep going back to our clients houses when they want more work done.

House in Blackmore, Essex


This very nice retired couple wanted to update the house they had recently moved into.

First on the list was the kitchen diner. We moved their exisitng kitchen in to their garage as they wanted to live in the house during the works.

We then knowed the wall between there kitchen and dining room down and installed a steel.

Detail kitchens fitted a lovely litchen for them and we tiled the floor and fitted undefloor heating to take the chill off.

As with a lot of these victorian properties they have been neglected by previose owners and need some TLC.

We did an aprasal of the existing building and agreed roof repairs and had to damp proof the lower ground floor.

Our works involved completely redoing the lower ground floor, redocorating the inside and outside of the house, repairs to the roof and guttering.

A lovely new kitchen, undefloor  heating, lime stone flooring, timber flooring and some storage bits and pieces.

We also repaired the front railings and fitted stone steps and paving to the front area.
