Eclipse Property Solutions Ltd offers all aspects of building work. We specialise in extensions, loft conversions and general building work but also offer bathroom and kitchen installations electrics and plumbing tiling plastering carpentry and joinery painting and decorating roofing and landscape gardening. No job is too big or too small and we manage the project from start to finish no matter what the size.

We are fully insured and offer a free quotation service.

We do offer an architectual service from full drawings to final calculations. We also remain in regular contact with the local building inspector on bigger jobs arranging site visits throughout the job so on completion sign off by the local council is done quickly.

All necessary electrical work is signed off by our NICEIC registered electricians and all necessary gas/central heating work is signed off by our GAS SAFE registered plumbers.

We won the FMB London region Refurbishment of the year in 2010 and the FMB London region Bathroom of the year in 2015. The owner of the company Mr. Andy Stevens sits on the London Board for the FMB and was recently voted in to become the Vice President for the London Region. He has appeared on BBC1's Cowboy Traps putting right some poor work, he is appearing in the FMB TV ad airing in the summer of 2016 and has spoken at many industry events including the Homebuilding Show at both the Excel Centre in London and Sandown Park in Surrey.
