Barn conversion at Ravenstonedale


With this very spacious, well planned and imaginative barn conversion, Lanquest Properties Ltd has designed and built a superb home, appointed to a very high standard. Focusing on beautiful views of the Yorkshire Dales, the design makes optimum use of the internal space. High levels of insulation and the use of low energy light fittings throughout, are in keeping with the Company's aim of continually improving energy efficiency. Outside, the stone work, by Lanquest's highly skilled team, is exceptional, with old and new blending perfectly.

Refurbishment of the King's Head, Ravenstonedale


Lanquest Properties Ltd has recently undertaken the total refurbishment of The King's Head, Ravenstonedale. This has been an extremely rewarding project, bringing life back to a building which had been closed since 2008 following flooding but which now, once again, forms an essential part of village life.

The sensitive re-design of this Grade II listed building by Lanquest Properties Ltd, incorporates 6 delightful double letting bedrooms and a two bedroom staff flat to the first floor, with the welcoming and homely pub and restaurant to the ground floor.
