We have a team of experienced tradesman who delight in producing high qualty work. Our work is guaranteed and, in the case of new build homes, is also covered by NHBC or LABC warranties. We ensure that relevant and correct Health and Safety paperwork is produced for every project and we carry full public liability insurance. In addition to FMB membership we also have TrustMark accreditation.

Located in an attractive period property, in Stroud Green London N4, this three bedroom apartment had given good service over a long period of time but was now tired, showing its age and in need of a thorough make over.

We completely gutted it removing all the old worn out lathe and plaster walls, the ceilings that had suffered various leaks from the upstairs apartment over time and the wooden floors that had seen better days. New sash windows were installed, ceilings fitted with soundbloc boards, new insulated walls and a stylish new sound proofed engineered wood floor fitted throughout. The apartment was completely rewired and a new digitally controlled heating system installed. Period style coving, ceiling rose and skirting boards were used to chime with the overall character of the building. Finally we installed a state of the art contemporary kitchen together with a luxury bathroomcomplete with digital shower.

The apartment has received Wow! comments from all that have seen it and will provide an attractive, energy efficient and characterful home for many years to come.
