There has been a new Construction Industry Joint Council (CIJC) wage agreement.  The pay rise will come into effect from 5th September.  It is the first pay increase agreed since the June 2008-2009 rates.  Also increases to fare and subsistence allowances will be payable from 27th June 2011.   For details of CIJC rates for 2011 please see the NSCC website at  http://www.nscc.org.uk/guidance/employment.html
