Speaking at the FMB Wales Council meeting, Gareth Wyn Jones, the North West Branch President says he intends to ensure that the voice of builders in North Wales is heard at the Welsh Assembly and beyond.
The new FMB Wales branch in North Wales was recently set up to help support FMB members during these turbulent times. Gareth Wyn Jones, Civil Engineer who now runs his family’s business in Llandudno, North Wales, was elected as President.
Gareth Wyn Jones, President of the FMB North Wales branch said:
“I am pleased to report that the latest State of Trade survey shows that Wales is bucking the downturn that many Builders are feeling across the UK; this is excellent news. I am keen to continue support FMB members so that they can keep their businesses going strong during these turbulent economic times.”
Jones continued:
“I am looking forward to helping to promote business in North Wales and share best practice between North and South Wales for our industry. The North Wales branch are planning a number of events at which members and associated trades can network together.”
