The Federation of Master Builders has launched a new service aimed at keeping their members abreast of new legislation and current industry developments. Sponsored by Grahams the Builder's Merchants, the news update will be faxed direct to members on a monthly basis.
Announcing the launch of the FMBulletin, Ian Davis, Director General of the FMB said:
"Having the right information at the right time is essential for today's business. The service will help keep our members informed in a succinct and effective way of important developments and issues. We are pleased that Grahams the Builder's Merchants are supporting us in this new initiative."
FMBulletin will include précis of new legislation, taxation, EC regulations and industry developments. Contacts for further in-depth information will also be provided. Initially the service will be made available to all FMB members in the London region. Over the next six months it will be phased in nation-wide throughout the country.
Mr Davis went on to say:
"Running a business does not leave much time for reading-up on new legislation and industry developments, no matter how relevant. I am sure that members will find FMBulletin extremely useful for their day-to-day business activities."
