Always looking for ways to improve the services that they offer to members, FMB Insurance Services have extended their opening hours for a trial period. From 1st February to 30th April 2004 the office will be open on Saturday's from 9am to 12.30pm and weekdays from 8am to 6pm. During these hours members can contact the dedicated FMB Insurance Services team at Aon Limited on 0845 602 1037 for new enquiries or 0845 762 6338 for enquiries relating to existing policies.
Graham Spriggs, FMB Insurance Services Relationship Manager, sees this trial as a step forward and commented:
"At FMB Insurance Services we are constantly looking at ways to improve our service and feedback from FMB members is important. The need to explore an extension to our office hours has been identified and we have responded to this. " He added, "Opening on a Saturday offers more flexibility and allows businesses, that do not have the time during the week, to contact our offices at a time that may be more convenient to them. "
