The FMB Senior Management Level 7 programme has been designed for senior managers with a high degree of autonomy for deploying resources and achieving strategic goals.

This programme will allow participants to:

• Provide leadership and coaching to other managers
• Develop their business strategy and management skills
• Focus on organisational performance 
• Lead change in the organisation
• Lead, develop and promote innovation
  

Cost is only £650+VAT per participant*  *Part funded by CITB, actual course cost £4,500+VAT.  This programme will run in London from September 2013 – March 2014 and by the end of it you will achieve your Level 7 NVQ Diploma in Management.

Small Business Improvement and Growth Programme 

Online Management Course and Management Course - You will obtain a valuable NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Management qualification at minimum cost, as well as a recognised route to the CSCS Black Managers Card.

HMRC e-learning course
HMRC have developed a helpful e-learning course for small businesses to help them deal with all aspects of taxation. You can work through this at your own pace, or just use the items that are relevant for you. It may be useful as a refresher, or for anyone you employ who is new to dealing with taxation. If you have any feedback about this e-learning course please contact FMB Training.  The course does not lead to any kind of qualification, but FMB will issue a certificate to anyone who completes a substantial percentage of the course material.
