Suzy Foster is the Training Administrator and is responsible for administering training events. Before joing the Training team, she interned in FMB's External Affairs Department.

Beatrice Orchard – Public Affairs Officer
Beatrice is the FMB’s Public Affairs Officer and also maintains responsibility for working with members to develop the FMB’s policy on education, skills and training. She attends all FMB Training Group meetings and keeps the training department and members up to date with the latest policy decisions from government. Beatrice works closely with CITB-ConstructionSkills and other stakeholders to ensure the FMB is on top of changes to the construction training and skills landscape. She also coordinates the work of the Cross-Industry Construction Apprenticeship Task Force, which helps and encourages all construction employers to offer apprenticeship opportunities in their own businesses and celebrates best practice in the industry.
Training Group – Members Special Interest Committee
The FMB Training group offers time for members and FMB staff to get together to discuss key issues on training in the construction industry, and are held quarterly.
