Eligibility
- The Master Builder Awards are only open to companies that are members of the FMB, or individuals who work for a Master Builder company, at the time the nomination is submitted or who will have become members before 11 January 2023.
- Any nominated projects must have been completed between 1 January 2021 and 1 January 2023 and all work must have been wholly completed by a Master Builder.
- Individuals nominated for Heavenly Builder of the Year or Apprentice of the Year must have worked for a Master Builder company between 1 January 2021 and 1 January 2023.
- Nominations for Building Company of the Year must highlight achievements and challenges that the company has faced between 1 January 2021 and 1 January 2023.
