Ken kindly sent his gentlemen immediately and they found the problem. I’m so impressed by this company. Ken did a site inspection within a week of calling. My house is Georgian and is listed..so everything is always slightly more complicated. They gave me a detailed account of what was wrong and how much it would cost. They provided photographs of work before and after. They scaffolded the house on the day they said they would. They started work within the time scale agreed and I have to say - after completing the work - they came back to check slates after storm Eunice. Now that’s what I call a great service. The roofers were really knowledgeable and seemed to really enjoy their work too. Very impressed and would highly recommend.
